Sequel!!!

The content is amazing!!! It is definitely worth getting this great app!!! I sure hope the sequel is just as good.

Cant wait for sequel

Very entertaining and cant wait till the release of the next part

Awesome game

Not a lot of good text adventures. This one, however, was very good.

Hurry tf up!!

Youve taken wayyyyy too long to release your sequel...

Sooooo boring

Extremely boring.

The Best

I highly recommend this for anyone who loves a good story and have game choices matter. The sequel "Guns of Infinity" is a must have to keep the story going. My only regret is the wait time for release and that there are only the two that I am aware of at the moment. I need more

waste of time

"for purely pragmatic reasons, this world is set up in a way where women and men have very different experiences! therefore, for purely pragmatic experiences, you have to play a young white man." look, even the actual 1800s werent like that. plenty of women disguised themselves & fought in wars... look at Julie dAubigny... for purely pragmatic reasons, this game is built on unsound logic, would not recommend.

Fantastic

Easily my favorite author on the CoG label.

Brilliant

(Note, I am only writing this review to balance out the person who gave it 1 star) Its a brilliant story, and a more than fun challenge. If you disregard the fact that you have to be male, this is an amazing game.

well written

Save for that drivel at the beginning about having to play as a white guy for "purely pragmatic reasons." That is absolutely ridiculous. Magic literally exists in this world yet you cant play as a woman because then your social station wouldnt make sense. Git gud.

Oh, geez.

The emotional relief that I had when everything worked out in the end.

Cool but too short

Not more than a few hours worth of content which makes it feel overpriced, very fun and interesting story tho

Fantastic!

This text-based game is great and well worth the money!

Not my usual type of game...

I usually tend towards games off the appstore like Real Racing 2, Atlantic Fleet, Rebuid 3, The Walking Dead, etc not too many in this style and yet since I bought it a week ago it was like a great novel that you couldnt wait to see what happened next...and it was! With the added bonus of you being in it and your actions and choices determining how the novel went! Great writing great fun, I just finished my first play (read?) thru and felt compelled to write this review and give it a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

Great Interactive novel

Magic and 18th century warfare, just awesome. Some complain about playing only as a male but Im more disappointed I cant be a banecaster, just sayin. Well written plenty of choices that really decide if you win get a medal, wounded, failed and wasted your time, etc., my main complaint is the fact that the achievements are not working making me less willing to play through again. I darn well know I unlocked at least one but none are shown to be unlocked after 2 play throughs. Second, more preference than a complaint is the game runs checks against your stats to see if your smart enough or strong enough to do something and it would be nice to know what stat a choice is being checked against e.g. [Charisma check=pass]. Makes my top 10 favorite series from CoG.

Excellent!

The author of Sabres had never failed me. This title doesnt disappoint! I especially recommend it if you enjoy a good military epoch.
